In the end, I got my refund back quickly, which was the main thing I cared about. I had to cancel my order, and the whole process was easy and didn’t turn into a hassle. Smooth experience overall.

Overall, I like this mower. It has solid power and cuts the grass well, so I was happy with it at first. But then on my hill, the traction started slipping more than I expected, which got old fast. It’s not awful or anything, and it still does the job, but it’s also kind of frustrating when you’re trying to get through the yard. If your yard is mostly flat, I think you’d probably have a much better experience with it.

I got my Cub Cadet put together in about an hour, and for the most part the instructions were clear and everything lined up like it should. I did have to stop and double check one part because it wasn’t super obvious, but it didn’t turn into a major issue. It started right up after assembly, which was a relief. The only thing that left me a little annoyed was that when I asked about that confusing step, it kind of felt like my concern was dismissed instead of actually addressed

The mower works fine overall, but like i said, the charging takes longer than I thought it would. It also seems like the battery drops faster than it should sometimes. Like i said, it’s not terrible or anything, just feels average for the price

I’ll give them credit, the parts were easy to find, which was nice. But i was still kind of expecting something to be confusing or annoying because that’s usually how these things go. It worked out fine, but I wouldn’t say the whole experience blew me away.

This thing feels tough and well-built. Nothing about it seems cheap or flimsy, and I’m happy with it so far. Anyway.

The mower itself has been fine and does what I need it to do, but trying to get help from Cub Cadet was frustrating. I emailed them twice and waited days without getting a real answer. Then I called and felt like I was just being passed from one person to another. When they finally did reply, it sounded like a copy-and-paste response that didn’t really address my issue. It’s not the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, but it was definitely disappointing. I really wanted to feel good about the whole purchase, but the support experience left me let down...

I had to call in because my mower wouldn’t start, i was expecting it to be a hassle. The support guy walked me through a few things to check, without making me feel dumb, which I really appreciated. It ended up just being a simple switch issue, and he stayed on the line, until I actually got it running again. Super patient, really helpful, and way better than I expected

It was just an oil change. Nothing complicated. I dropped the car off, waited a bit, and they got it done without any drama. Simple, which is exactly what I wanted.

I know these safety switches are supposed to help, and some of them probably do, but mine keeps cutting out whenever I’m mowing on a slope. It makes the whole thing feel less safe instead of more safe. I just don’t really trust it now.

This mower is really easy to steer around trees and garden beds, which makes a big difference if your yard has a few obstacles. It also feels steady on slopes, so I’m not fighting with it or worrying the whole time. It took me one mow to get the hang of it, and after that it felt simple. Just makes sense if you want something that’s easy to control without a lot of fuss.

The manual was easy to find, and the instructions for checking the oil, setting the deck height, and starting it up were clear. struggling through setup would’ve been totally avoidable if you just use those guides. I’ve mowed with it a few times now and it cuts really clean. No complaints so far, definitely 5 stars from me.

I’ll be honest, the adjustment part is kind of annoying. The seat actually feels really good, which I noticed right away. I can sit in it for a while without getting that annoying stiff feeling, and the controls are easy on my hands too. It cuts way better than my old mower, and the grass actually comes out even without me having to circle back over the same spots all the time. It also handles the thicker patches without bogging down much. I won’t pretend it’s some miracle machine, but so far I’m happy with it

I looked up the parts prices on cubcadet.com first, which made it easier to know what to expect. In the end, the repair was cheaper than I thought it would be. Never fun dealing with a mower repair, but I didn’t feel like I got ripped off, and that matters. I’d use them again.
